Oh wanted to say I'm on day 8 of my 14 day diet. So far I've lost 9 lbs. I have no intention of putting my weight on this blog... but I'll keep track of the weight loss (lol)
Today's lunch:
8 oz. grilled veal
1 tomato
2 pcs. fruit
Today's Dinner:
8 oz. turkey breast
a big bowl of salad with homemade sweet n sour dressing (using splenda, of course)
2 pcs. fruit
